By accessing or using the Channexus website and IPTV streaming service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Channexus provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, movies, series, and other video content via the internet. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to and use our Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Subscriptions are offered on a prepaid basis for the selected duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Payment is required at the time of subscription. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with prior notice.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will be notified before your subscription expires so you can choose to renew manually.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with unauthorized third parties. Channexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be sharing credentials in violation of these Terms.

Channexus acts as a technology platform and does not produce or own the content available through our Service. We aggregate publicly available streams and provide a user-friendly interface for accessing them. Content availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Channexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.
Channexus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Channexus may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
