Channexus is a technology platform that provides access to publicly available internet streams. We do not host, store, or produce any video content. All streams are sourced from publicly available sources on the internet. We act solely as an intermediary technology provider.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

Channexus will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Good Faith

We process all DMCA notices in good faith and take appropriate action as required by law. We reserve the right to remove any content or disable access to material that we believe in good faith may be infringing.
