What is IBO Player?
IBO Player is a powerful IPTV media player application that allows you to stream live TV channels, movies, and series on your device. It is the recommended app for Channexus subscribers due to its excellent performance, user-friendly interface, and compatibility with all major platforms.
IBO Player supports features like Electronic Program Guide (EPG), favorites management, catch-up TV, and parental controls. It is available on Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG), iOS devices, and more.
Before You Start
Make sure you have the following before beginning the setup process:
- An active Channexus IPTV subscription
- A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
- Your device connected to the internet
- The IBO Player app installed on your device
Step 1: Download IBO Player
On Amazon Fire TV Stick / Fire TV
- From the Fire TV home screen, go to Search
- Type "IBO Player" and select it from the results
- Click Download or Get to install the app
- Once installed, open IBO Player from your apps list
On Android / Android TV
- Open the Google Play Store on your device
- Search for "IBO Player"
- Tap Install and wait for the download to complete
- Open the app once installation is finished
On Samsung / LG Smart TV
- Open the App Store on your Smart TV (Samsung: Smart Hub, LG: LG Content Store)
- Search for "IBO Player"
- Install the app and open it
On iOS (iPhone / iPad)
- Open the App Store
- Search for "IBO Player"
- Tap Get to download and install
- Open the app after installation
Step 2: Get Your Device ID and Device Key
When you first open IBO Player, the app will display a Device ID and Device Key on the screen. These are unique identifiers for your device that we need to activate your subscription.
- Open IBO Player on your device
- On the main screen, you will see your Device ID (a series of numbers)
- Below it, you will see your Device Key
- Write down or take a screenshot of both values
Step 3: Activate Your Subscription
Send your Device ID and Device Key to our support team to activate your Channexus subscription:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your Device ID and Device Key
- Our team will activate your subscription within minutes
- You will receive a confirmation message once activation is complete
Step 4: Start Streaming
Once your subscription is activated:
- Close and reopen the IBO Player app
- Your channels, movies, and series will load automatically
- Browse through categories or use the search function to find content
- Enjoy your Channexus IPTV experience in crystal-clear quality
Troubleshooting Tips
- App not loading channels: Close the app completely and reopen it. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Buffering issues: Check your internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps). Try restarting your router.
- Device ID changed: If you reinstall the app, a new Device ID may be generated. Contact support to update your activation.
- EPG not showing: Wait a few minutes after first launch for the program guide to fully load.
